In the week from November 7 to 16 we prepare specialties of geese, ducks and other delicacies. Come and celebrate the St. Martin's feast.
St. Martin's specialties:
- Duck caldoun with meat and noodles
- Gooseneck with chestnut stuffing
- Fried duck liver with potato salad
- Roasted goose leg, white cabbage, onion dumplings
- 1/4 of roasted duck with red cabbage a gingerbread, Carlsbad dumplings
- Roasted duck breast with rosemary, sauce of forest berries, homemade almond croquettes
- Chocolate fondant with hot liquid centre
